Ivan Rempel
President and CEO

Ivan Rempel founded the company in 1991. He was previously President and CEO of Intershoe for twenty years, a fashion footwear and apparel organization. In this role, he brought sales from $5 million to $140 million during his tenure as President, managing all of the footwear lines: Via Spiga, Nickels, Jazz, Paloma and Glacee.

In 1991 he sold the business to begin operations as a new company, RML, where he expanded his knowledge and expertise in the footwear industry to encompass all of the back office operations that every manufacturer must do to succeed in the US retail markets. Mr. Rempel has expanded RML's services to numerous other retail sectors, including clothing, accessories, photography equipment, toys, lawn and garden equipment and home textiles. He is currently working with over twenty clients from both the United States and abroad.

Holly Jury
General Manager

Holly has 29 years of experience in business, management, credit, and transportation. She joined RML in 1991 as a Credit Manager and has progressively advanced to Operations/General Manager. In her years with RML she continues to strive for excellence and applies her in depth knowledge daily to RML's operations.

Cortney Hernandez
Operations/Marketing Manager

Cortney started her career with RML while in high school working during summer vacation, and continued to work at RML while attending college. After finishing college she became an account representative with RML. She has progressed from account representative with marketing for RML,then office manager for the last ten years, to her current position.
